Their contract doesn't reflect the deal terms and includes an exclusivity clause

I purchased this deal because for what Appsumo said it seems like a good deal, promising "bigger orders and higher conversion rates" and comparing it to BMW's financing options, then I found out that the maximum to finance was $300.

Then the copy says that "when you use ViaBill, you're guaranteed payment upfront and peace of mind", but the truth is that you have to wait 5 days to get paid and if the client complains for whatever reason it seems like you will have to fight your case and prove your case, I am not too clear about this because Viabill has refused to give clear examples of what happens in this case. Also a sumoling has mentioned a lot of concerning reviews about ViaBill practices and ViaBill responded that they can't make everyone happy, instead of going into a detailed explanation of their practices.

Reading the sales conversation in the deal's pae, in general we can see the following: ViaBill keeps giving vague answers to sumolings, contradicting answers to different sumolings, avoids answering specific questions, etc.

But on top of all of that, what's making me return this deal are some of the clauses in the contract they make you sign, like their exclusivity clause, possible hidden costs, the fact that they require your social security number and birthdate after they have your business name ans tax number (I asked why exactly do they ask for this but I've received no answer), also summolings are asking why the $1500 fee is not mentioned even in their website, and the fact that the rates they promised for the Appsumo deal are not reflected in the contract, if you do read the contract you will see that they make you sign for their regular rates.

If you are getting this deal, make sure your attorney takes a look at the contract before you sign it.
