Well, what should I write in detail... Unfortunately, there are still apps here on AppSumo that are unable to meet the simplest requirements properly... One of them is that the license should also be retained and not simply have the buyer "basically" tricked and have their license stop working. Then all that’s left is the ugly watermark.

Also, the license cannot be deactivated (what's the point of having a designated button for that)...

After uninstalling and reinstalling, entering the license key again only shows the error message: license_key not found.

Bravo. The most basic functionality does not work. So it is unusable.

It's strange that such occurrences always happen after the valid refund period.

A schemer thinks nothing bad of that!

I advise everyone against making a purchase!

Many, many days have passed since I reached out to the owner, just like others who have been taken advantage of by Sumolings. Until today, NOTHING. And then it is said: Sumolings will only be supported until version 3.0.0. What does that mean exactly?
That the tool will be unusable again?
Because that seems to be more than just the standard here.
I have written off my money and will no longer support low-level providers through an investment!
This behavior harms other providers who take their customers seriously!

It was working fine initially but after some time, it stopped working, now it is not working even it is showing appsumo deal code as well but still not working, and having watermark on the images,

From my side, i will not recommend

This is a great, simple screenshot tool which will turn your bland screenshots into something pretty in no time.

I use it almost daily since I've purchased it and I think the features it offers are already great. I've proposed some more ideas via Discord channel, the app is still quite young but it's already got great potential to become even better in the future.

And they're already planning to add device mock-ups to insert the screenshots in.

Some of additional features that would be amazing:
- dragging the screenshot around background
- transparent background
- switch gradient color order with one click
- change resolution (or scale) of exported img
- next to the sliders for corners, shadows, add a numeric input box

There's one issue which isn't critical:
After quitting and relaunching and after each update, the app kinda forgets that I've already put the license number in, and I have to log in to AppSumo to find the license number and paste it again.

It's not a big issue because when I quickly need to screenshot something it still works, but it won't let me export and there's this big watermark until I put the license code again.

Overall, this is a great purchase and I'm glad I've bought it. I do many screenshots which I use in documents etc. and it saved me lots of time.

Had problems initially. Screen capture was capturing background wallpaper instead of screen capture, contacted support and their discord channel fixed the problem. Apple menu > System Settings > Privacy & Security, then you should see "Screen & System Audio Recording" listed on the left side where you can manage which applications have permission to record your screen and system audio.

The Vibrantsnap program shows a lot of promise and works well. Would like to see an embed option for mp4's or GIF's Sharemyimage from Appsumo is a great program for uploading the screen captures, but it would be nice if VibrantSnap did it natively to save time. For the price, it jazzes up your images, better than competing tools. I recommend Bartender for cleaning up your mac menu, so that the VibrantSnap is easy to locate and run, for people who own a lot of softwares.

I love this product, in particular the support from the creator and the video backgrounds for screenshot embeds. I would love to see more of these built out but the product is solid.
Support is via discord atm, chat on the website would be nice but does not distract from the product quality. Would be great if the creator or appsumo could confirm that this comes with upgrades also.
