Q: Before I give my rating, there has been a lot of talk about screen recording.

So customers can revisit and download the call. These questions have so far been answered it's coming soon implying it will be available for Sumolings. Now it seems available on your site (I can see it in my general settings) but it's not available for Sumolings, am I right? It shows not available in your plan. I think that should have been stated from answer number 1. Many, including me, have purchased this product with the expectation that this is a feature that would become available later on and that it was safe to support your product now. Now it doesn't seem to look like it. I also don't understand why this is not included in the business plan. It's not the cheapest plan, and it is a basic function completely normal in Zoom. I want this product to be a good privacy-friendly EU-based alternative to Zoom. But being so tight with locking simple functions like a recording of the call or what screen to focus on not even your cheapest plan, but the business plan. Actually a lot of functions are blocked for the plans you give pricing for on your homepage and only make them available for an unpublished "custom" price. I don't think this is very cool. I can understand hosting a video is not cheap, so limiting the amount of time to download a video before deletion is something I can understand, but at least have it available for the Business plan and extend the download time for the custom plan. As I said, I am waiting for your response before I give my Sumo Taco's because I might be wrong and overlooking something, so it's fair to give you a chance to reply first. Thank you.
