Sicilian_Don_SumoQ: do you have a demo of this product?
we cannot set up CNAME for 2 days. Is there a standalone page for clients on the browser or only the widget? What's the CNAME for? login? We see lots of buttons to upgrade. We are concerned with the final cost of this solution, in the end, we do not know how much you are going to ask for recording, mobile app, etc.
We could not find how to delete custom fields, amazing isn't it?

I am extremely sorry that you had an unsatisfying experience with our tool. Please note that CNAME configuration may take up to 72 hours, depending on your domain registrar. Unfortunately, in this case, we can't speed up the process.
Regarding the pricing, I understand your concern, but I am sure we will develop a solution that satisfies all Sumo-lings.
