Why do we have to bring our own Open API key if each plan includes thousands of responses each month already? I would assume if we didnt bring our own API key that when the responses run out, the bot just stops messenging? However it sounds like youre saying in other replies that we must bring an Open API key no matter what to use it? Id prefer an option where I run the bot on a site for users to demo something and if the responses run out, then thats it for the month.\u000a\u000aAlso, do you offer any kind of rate limiting in the bot so our monthly responses (and/or our API credits) dont get sucked up by another bot or person trying to be malicious? \u000a\u000aThanks in advance!

If you run out of messages, you will no longer be able to access the admin area to reply to users, and the chatbot will stop too. You will have to upgrade to a higher plan to start using the Support Board again. You will get email notifications before this happens so you will have to upgrade without disruption of service.\u000a\u000aMind again that you need your OpenAI account, key and credits from the start.
