Q: Why do we have to bring our own Open API key if each plan includes thousands of responses each month already?
I would assume if we didnt bring our own API key that when the responses run out, the bot just stops messenging? However it sounds like youre saying in other replies that we must bring an Open API key no matter what to use it? Id prefer an option where I run the bot on a site for users to demo something and if the responses run out, then thats it for the month.
Also, do you offer any kind of rate limiting in the bot so our monthly responses (and/or our API credits) dont get sucked up by another bot or person trying to be malicious?

The messages included are not related to the chatbot, they are messages in general, messages of users, of agent and admins, automated messages and chatbot messages.
Yes, there is an option to set a max of N chatbot replies every X seconds.
