Let's get back in time…
Before bringing Vicodo to life, we launched a live video social app that hit over one mln downloads in Europe 🚀 We quickly realised that video communication was becoming more popular in customer support. We already knew how to deal with video-based services, so we decided to create a SaaS platform for business clients…In short, that's how we brought live video customer communication into Germany 🇩🇪 . (We're based in Berlin.)

From the very beginning, we knew that we wanted to focus on human-to-human communication.
We don't plan on developing chatbots - there are already great, AI-based solutions on the market.
