May 15, 2024A: Pictures and graphs are stored within the case only after you send them on chat. For later use, you can add attachments to Quick responses. Quick responses are premade replies that you can use in your conversations with customers. You can open quick responses menu during the chat by pressing the / key.
Forms are dedicated to collecting feedback from customers after the meeting. You can make notes on the dashboard while you have a meeting.

- Videos are not recorded for later evaluation. The chat history, as well as information about when the video meetings took place and with which operator is saved within a case. You can access a case and scroll through the history. All the sent attachments are also included so you can return to them after the meeting.
- With 2 codes, you can remove Vicodo branding. Adding custom domain is available from 3 codes.

Can I store in the meeting history some pictures and graphs for later use?
I also notice that you have available forms, can I fillin a form while I have a meeting?
