Hello JJBB, We asked you a follow-up question and got our developers to solve your issue. In the meantime, you sent us a message that you will refund the codes. Thus, we closed the ticket, as you resigned from our service before we got what the problem was occurring at your end.
I just bought 10 codes (25 users) and I would like to be able to assign certain users to certain websites. This way I can put Vicodo on multiple websites and have designated users made to handle certain websites. Right now it appears like all users are made to handle all calls and there is no way to assign certain users to certain urls (allowing us to assign certain users to handle calls from certain websites).

I understand your point and your concern. We already have this use case described based on Sumo-lings' requests and we will discuss the possibilities.
Today I attended a user who decided to use Chrome. The system creates a case. Before yesterday the same user utilized Firefox creating a different case. The aggregation of cases for the same user is impossible. In addition the system does not recognize we are dealing with the same user so the custom fields have to be filled in again. I don’t have this problem on intercom besides I can work on mobile on intercom while I miss 80% of the interactions here. Finally, the solution is not white label, links pasted to the chat immediately show vicodo brand.
