Vicodo seems promising and very well-developed. I love the idea that it makes us get closer to our members and helps create genuine relationships with them.
The only thing missing for me is the ability to create a custom form to ask about some basic information before they start a call with us.
I also don't like the limitations they put, I wish they could be more generous with their offer.
