Unfortunately cannot keep it
Today I attended a user who decided to use Chrome. The system creates a case. Before yesterday the same user utilized Firefox creating a different case. The aggregation of cases for the same user is impossible. In addition the system does not recognize we are dealing with the same user so the custom fields have to be filled in again. I don’t have this problem on intercom besides I can work on mobile on intercom while I miss 80% of the interactions here. Finally, the solution is not white label, links pasted to the chat immediately show vicodo brand.

Thank you very much for your honest feedback! In terms of the links, we are extremely sorry for this bug. Our team is already working on removing the Vicodo branding from there. We did not intend to show our branding on chat while sending links. Once again, thank you for reporting that issue!
We understand that Vicodo may not meet your expectations. Compared to Intercom, one of the most advanced CRM solutions, our CRM elements may seem disappointing.
Regarding the mobile version, we also see the need to develop that, especially after receiving many requests from Sumo-lings.
