You can upload photos using the upload photo options and create content on vidBoard. We will soon have the timeline feature as well. You can have the timeline feature to have different assets pop up at different intervals. Hope this clarifies.

Hello, I purchased Tier 2 to test whether the tool lives up to the reviews. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed and am considering requesting a refund. Therefore, I have the following questions: 1. Will the quality of the generated videos improve? If so, when? Currently, the quality is unusable. 2. Will female voices be added? When will this happen? Currently, I only see male voices, and the few female voices available are not usable. 3. The platform’s speed leaves much to be desired. Is this being addressed?
These are admittedly demanding questions, but I believe it’s better to create something that does less well than something that tries to do everything but with poor quality.

Female voices are already there. You need to select the female voices from the drop down. Unless you select a female avatar you won't get female voices
We have plenty of female voices - open AI, Azure Voices and Eleven Labs female voices. So stating that there are hardly any female voices is incorrect.
Thank you for the note regarding female voices. However, with the “Just AI Voice” feature, I can still only select male voices. Otherwise, it makes sense.
The speed of the videos generating depends on many factors - traffic and load on the system. If more videos are getting generated then the speed will reduce.
You are free to seek a refund if you deem fit. But staying with the tool and that too on a LTD will help you reap benefits in the future. But again we leave that decision to you.

Note - it is stated in the roadmap as well on the website that enhanced video quality will get introduced on a regular basis. As a bootstrapped entity we cannot give everything in one go because that will result in the tool not performing
No the photo avatars are HD quality. The Pro Avatars will become HD quality gradually. We are doing this step by step as and when our tech optimizes. It will be done in the next 30 odd days.
Q: As you did not adhere to appsumo terms
In that you offered a lifetime deal on your website as soon as you were off appsumo ,this is a red flag
As perhaps you will have no qualms about not keeping to agreements with the purchasers, as a lot of vendors do.

We have given the option for Tier 2 users to create front facing AI avatars using their photos.
If you want to use your own AI photo avatars then you would have to connect with admin@vidboard.ai and they will guide you in that direction.
We are not comparing ourselves with anybody.
Every AI video startup has a market to cater to. We have ours and our competitors have theirs.
