If you have uploaded a photo that is not based on the format, we would have rejected it and sent you an email. Please cross check your email and do send an email to admin@vidboard.ai... Its very very important to keep all errors on record at admin@vidboard.ai instead of this thread on appsumo. Kindly email admin@vidboard.ai as soon as possible because thats the only way we would know your username. Etc
