- Hello, I purchased Tier 2 to test whether the tool lives up to the reviews. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed and am considering requesting a refund. Therefore, I have the following questions: 1. Will the quality of the generated videos improve? If so, when? Currently, the quality is unusable. 2. Will female voices be added? When will this happen? Currently, I only see male voices, and the few female voices available are not usable. 3. The platform’s speed leaves much to be desired. Is this being addressed? These are admittedly demanding questions, but I believe it’s better to create something that does less well than something that tries to do everything but with poor quality.
- Does it mean that once I pick an avatar, I can never choose another?
- I am reaching out regarding an issue with the language settings. While there is an option to set the language to Portuguese form portugal, it appears in the video to Brazilian Portuguese. Unfortunately, the system does not accommodate the specific needs for Portuguese from Portugal, as it always uses Brazilian Portuguese. Could you please advise how to work around this limitation? Is there a way to set the system to use European Portuguese or adjust the language settings to reflect this preference more accurately?
- Hello, after generating an avatar video, I cannot download the generated video in hd or 4k. Downloads are only possible in webm format. I can't find the video resolution change feature to download. Will it be possible to download the talking avatar in HD or 4K resolution?
- Is this a possibility now, or in the future? Almost thinking about the two avatars in discussion/conversation. Thanks in advance.
