Q: Roadmap and quality question
Hello, I purchased Tier 2 to test whether the tool lives up to the reviews. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed and am considering requesting a refund. Therefore, I have the following questions:
1. Will the quality of the generated videos improve? If so, when? Currently, the quality is unusable.
2. Will female voices be added? When will this happen? Currently, I only see male voices, and the few female voices available are not usable.
3. The platform’s speed leaves much to be desired. Is this being addressed?
These are admittedly demanding questions, but I believe it’s better to create something that does less well than something that tries to do everything but with poor quality.

The quality of the videos will keep getting better wid time. Right nw pro avatars R non HD
Female voices are already there. You need to select the female voices from the drop down. Unless you select a female avatar you won't get female voices
We have plenty of female voices - open AI, Azure Voices and Eleven Labs female voices. So stating that there are hardly any female voices is incorrect.

Thank you for the note regarding female voices. However, with the “Just AI Voice” feature, I can still only select male voices. Otherwise, it makes sense.
The speed of the videos generating depends on many factors - traffic and load on the system. If more videos are getting generated then the speed will reduce.
You are free to seek a refund if you deem fit. But staying with the tool and that too on a LTD will help you reap benefits in the future. But again we leave that decision to you.

Note - it is stated in the roadmap as well on the website that enhanced video quality will get introduced on a regular basis. As a bootstrapped entity we cannot give everything in one go because that will result in the tool not performing
