Good luck...

After having some difficulty registering, I did the unthinkable unthinkable and contacted theirr support. However, I was swiftly reprimanded for this by the agent who responded.

Didn't even bother logging in after that. I guess you must have an extremely good product if you feel you comfortable communicating with your customers in that tone and manner. At least I hope you do because I suspect the job market is going to be rough for a while.

It seems you have had a bad experience. Sorry about this. Next time around please wait for the customer care to solve your issues before hitting the refund button. Such kind of patience will not lead you anywhere. Jobs are less everywhere my dear friend. :)
