Of course it is not perfect, but the way it has been evolving in only 4 years, it is guaranteed that in a short time it will have the best capabilities. Think for a moment: 30 videos per month, lifetime, for only $69 for Tier 1, or 300 videos for only $169. Not to mention the amount of videos and personalized avatars that Tier 3 to 5 offer you, it's a real bargain.
I believe, without wanting to offend, that those who have made negative evaluations are because they have not been able to see the immense potential that this application has.
