It's not ready
I bought this product a week ago and I still haven't been able to make a video. It doesn't have the templates ready. When I contacted support, they told me they were having problems with the templates and that they would be ready soon, but nothing has happened yet. Now I'm requesting a refund.

Kindly note the templates were uploaded and users did use it. When we replied to you we informed you that templates will be ready in the next two weeks. There were some bugs. You on the other hand did not wait for the two weeks to complete. Please have some patience next time around when dealing with bootstrapped platforms who are trying to give you services that you won't even get at the price point that you have paid.
