- "Retiring product" = I spent money for a pointless lifetime subscription I just received an email from Vidtags saying they are retiring the product in March. Such a disappointment! Will we be getting a refund through app sumo? How can we be sure that won't happen to vidchapter? Can we get credit for your other products? Has anyone else had this happen with other "lifetime vouchers"?
- Vidchapter just released a new analysis feature. It's great and accurate. It's amazing.
- improvements to tags, giving scores and spaces to tags. Tags are usually inputted with spaces, this is different from hashtags which use hashtags and without spaces
- Please check your training videos for agency add on . They are all down and not working. Thanks
