Yes, you can record your own video on the web app or upload your own video from a local file. Right now, there is no logic flow for the order of the questions. If it's something you need, for now, may we suggesting adding a little note about what questions to answer for your participants to answer using the intro video or the additional info textbox for each question.
When you add team member, they can view and make edits to the responses and questions. If you want the public to view the responses, there is a sharable link for each response which you can give to guests who are not members of the workspace. Hope this helps.
