1) Minutes are not carried forward.
2) We do not have a deadline for adding Malay language support, but we will be testing a transcription model this week that would allow us to support Malay, so we'd be happy to keep you updated. If you add it as a feature request on our roadmap - https://videotap.canny.io/ - we'll be able to update you when it is added!
Weak Tier 1 limits compared to Tier 1 of Minvo. What makes this so special.

We updated our limits today after some great feedback we've gotten from AppSumo users, so hopefully the new ones are more along the lines of what you are looking for!
Outside of that, we do a lot of content outside of clips and do our best to provide a full video marketing content workflow. I believe this additional content and functionality helps separate us from the competition. Minvo is great too!
