We cannot find how to contact the support. We're experiencing a serious bug and we don't know how to solve it and how we can contact Videotap.
This was previously answered by Erick who said you can contact Videotap via their support board or email: https://videotap.featurebase.app/ or support@videotap.com, and to include whether your Tier 1 subscription was from a previous AppSumo campaign plus your AppSumo license key (from your invoice/order summary) and the email associated with your account so they can investigate. Has the Videotap team changed their contact or closed? The support@ email provided in an earlier answer is no longer deliverable, and there do not seem to be any answers to queries on the featurbase site. As the video clip generator is no longer working, it would be helpful to obtain information about its status so we can determine if we can continue using our purchase.
