The platform started fine with decent function and plenty of room to grow and meet customer needs, but I've been trying to upload a video for days and keep getting error after error. Looking at previous recent reviews, this is a common issue and no one seems to be answering customer support queries. If I could get my money back, I would. Feels like a scam.
