Q: Where Can I Write To Get Help?

I had a small problem activating my account because of a trial account I had set up. Where or to whom can I write to get some help correcting it? I used the chat box but havent heard back.

Also, judging by your username, if you were the one writing in about wanting to change your email I responded to you literally 4 minutes after you sent that message (there's a solid chance it went to your spam folder so might want to check there). You can change your email by going to settings (https://docs.videotoblog.ai/en/help/articles/3622530-updating-email-password).
