Error occured and deducted 2 credits for no reason.
Out of 10 credits 2 just deducted because it can't process. I contacted creator but no option to even share screenshot. If video can't process so it should not reduce credit I suppose. Contact me with this email ID academykuku@gmail.com and I already contacted with this ID.

Edited Nov 5, 2024Hey, I'm sorry you're having issues. I responded to your support ticket a couple hours after you send it and I have not heard back from you (maybe check your spam folder). That said, for any blog post that does not generate for whatever reason you can delete them in the dashboard so it doesn't count towards your usage. I'm looking into why this happened in the first place though. Thanks.
