I wanted to update my review after finally getting an opportunity to take the product for a test spin.

Creating a new campaign took only a couple of minutes. I sent the link to a friend for him to create a review video. He reported that everything worked smoothly on his end.

The video he recorded instantly appeared in my dashboard and I must say that I was amazed at the quality of the video. It was all one could hope for.

I am only leaving 4 stars as I have not yet dealt with integrating this onto my directory site for my members to use and am unable to devote time to that process. I'm not a big believer in 5 start reviews anyway since that denotes some kind of perfection that I have never encountered with any software product. A 4-star review is something that any developer should be happy to receive.

I have high hopes for this product and the support I'm sure I'll need. I am happy to upgrade my 1-star review which was based strictly on the support I initially received.
