I'm glad to know all is ok. Honestly gave up on trying to contact you as I didn't get reply to my previous contacts effort. It is the second video that never completed the transcript. 37% completed after several days. I would like to think that someone is monitoring whats happening on the system.
I contacted you via email several time in the past because of failing transcriptions and other issue. I like the app but I actually had to stop using it. Last week I tried again, and submitting two wideos for transcriptions and both failed. I've deleted one and the other one is still runnning for days now.

Hi I purchased your app and it looks great. I created a course from video content. However, I can not create a link and its asking me to purchase - which I already did here as an LTD. I think it is my fault because I waited beyond the 60 day period to begin using the app. So sorry to ping you here, but I've sent an email to ask for help two days ago and I have yet to receive a response.
