Q: Customer Service Response
Hello, I have tried contacting via customer service and Lukas is not responding. So maybe I will try here....I am receiving this error "You have been rate limited= Error Message" I still had 221 minutes left with my additional 1800 credits I pay additional for every month. How and why am I receiving this error and it would not allow me to complete any new uploads. Please respond in my email or at least a response here. If this is going to happen I will opt out of buying additional credits a month if I can not
