Tech issues, asked to honor the minutes I lost and got dry answer declining.

So this is disappointing. I wasn't able to use up my minutes on the platform because there were technical errors. I wrote to them and after their first reply and inquiry, which I replied to instantly, I never heard back until I wrote again the next day. So I didn't try doing any more work.

My minutes reset and I wrote to them asking if they knew what the technical issues were they said it was something external to them, which I understand.

However even when I had explain again ,that I was not able to use my minutes because of the technical errors which did not allow me to use the platform, I was told that there's no reason why I should get back my minutes.

Hey there,

Just for the record, over the past few months you have downloaded over 4165 minutes successfully. That is around 70 hours of video, which was successfully transcribed and turned into what ever content you requested.

Also your credits are re-charged AS PROMISED every month to the full amount. You have now for example the full amount.

Using the platform successfully for the last few months, using 70 hours of credits that normally would cost more much more than what you paid for, and then give a review without mentioning all the success with the platform, is a bit harsh.

I think for you the idom "give an inch, take a mil" is a perfect description.
