We do support H.265, however the browsers don't. The only one that supports H.265 is Safari. Therefore, here's 3 options that can work for you:

1. If you have a mac, you can upload the video from Safari.
2. If you don't have Safari, you can convert the video online and then upload it to Vidjet.
3. If you don't have Safari, another option is to create the video on Vidjet, but you won't be able to see it during the creation steps. However, once you launch the campaign, you will be able to see it.
