I purchased Vidjet (Tier 2) a couple of weeks ago and have uploaded a couple of videos for try-outs first. Both worked well so I decided to start converting one of my clients sites from Youtube to Vidjet.
While uploading the videos (one by one) which is very cumbersome and there seems to be no way to put them in a "collection" the system showed video upload problems several times. So I decided to start over and load a single video, then insert it into website, do the next and so forth. After video #3 all of my videos vanished from the dashboard and even though they still show on the website I can't access or change anything anymore. I wrote an email to customer service and they did not respond within 24 hrs. The dashboard videos are still gone and I am not happy with any of this. Wasted hours of valuable time with this (which I don't get paid for) and there is not even a decent support portal with time stamps and progress checker. So overall pretty disappointed. Luckily I am still in my evaluation period and if they come through I may change or amend this review and the Tacos but as of today I cannot recommend this product.

Vidjet (Video Widget) is a cool tool for any marketer. I personally do not like to show pop up to my website visitor because they do not feel very personal. Vidjet solves this problem and makes popups so much more personal and more engaging. It is like talking to your website visitors in person.

Things I like:
1: Easy to use.
2: Analytics of video impression, views, and conversion.
3: Fast loading speed and do not slow down my website.
4: Option to add CTA in my videos.
5: Template videos to get you started in no time.

Things to improve/feedback:
1: Allow us to select multiple trigger options. Ex: trigger when scroll to 50% or Exit intend.(Currently we can choose just one)
2: More CTA options: Copy coupon code.
3: Option to add a few-second delay in showing the CTA button. Ex: Show coupon button at 00:15 seconds exactly when I say Click the button below.
4: Integration with more Email providers: Sendfox, Encharge, etc.
5: Option to remove the video bubble once a CTA has been clicked.

Vidjet is a awesome way to show 30/60 sec. video explaining what your products are and do with video examples. That’s huge on conversations, especially, in this digital age.

Not only can you use this for product ads but also explainer videos to fill out forms on your websites and e-commerce stores.

As of writing this, you can choose 4 video layouts that are clean and have your customers coming back for more.

The backend UI is clean and simple to use and customer service is ok with a 24hr response.

I don’t have really any cons for the few weeks I’ve used it. It does what it says it does.

This is a great purchase for anyone looking to run ads for products and services.

If you’re looking to run a course with this platform to host your videos. This will not meet your needs and look somewhere else.

First of all, thank you, Vidjet-Team for coming to Appsumo, and for the generous offer (specially Tier 3)!
For a quick pre-sale test of the Software, I just installed the Vidjet-Plugin from the Wordpress Repository on one of my Sites, and activating it, immediately for my WP Admin Email there was created a free Vidjet Account, so I could just jump in and make a quick Test-Campaign. In no time my Video was uploaded and I could test the functionality of Vidjet, which is well thought-out and very useful. It is dead easy to set up a Campaign, and the possibilities of Vidjet are fun, modern, useful and last but not least: beautiful. Never got a Video up and running in less time! Of course in this quickly created Test-Campaign I still had Vidjet-Branding because it was a free account, but besides of that you can test the full functionality.

So for me this was a clear full-stack. I can see, that they are still working on some Enterprise Features (e.g. Branding-questions), but the Company is trustworthy and Vidjet even now, in a early stage for Enterprise Features, is very solid and promising.

Important for me as European User also was, one more time, that they are fully GDPR-compliant. YEAH! We Europeans love great Software too, but all Software we use has to follow Security-Standards and Data Protection – and that is what Vidjet does!

Last but not least: I looooove Andreeas Explanation Videos! I very much like to watch them :-)
