Q. Can participants (not members) ask questions?If I have a committee meeting or a shareholder meeting with executives where the executives are members and interested parties are watching the meeting can those people ask questions of the committee?
For example a Chamber of Commerce or School Parent/ Teachers Association etc. During covid we still need to "meet" as an executive group but our users (parents, business owners etc) want to involved and not only watch but ask questions. Is
that possible?

Ans. What you have outlined sounds like a meeting with more that 15 participants. (making an assumption) , in this case an attendee can indicate to the host that they would like to speak via the "Raise your Hand " feature. Yes that's possible and already on our product roadmap.

Q. What is the 2GB video hosting? Is that hosting videos we have recorded via meetings that can then be embedded onto other pages?
Ans. Yes that's correct .

Q. Are all members recorded individually or is it the one composite screen of all members or something else?

Ans.In a video recording you see what is being shared on the screen - though all members are individually recorded these streams are combined to give a composite recording . However we have received new feature request and when a screen is being shared, and are working on enhancing our layouts. These should be available soon.

Q. Can we download all recordings and are those recordings a minimum of 720p?
Ans. Yes.

Q. Are all transcriptions downloadable and if so in what formats?

Ans. We are working on enabling recordings in mp4 and mp3 format, transcriptions will be available as txt and pdf later
