There are two basic functionalities that your application doesn’t have and that I think are essential:
1) Check replies or other pages when you log in via Phone. You can only do that through the desktop. How is this possible?
2) Send notifications when a user submits an answer. Do you really force me to enter the application every minute to check if there are answers from any user?
Have you considered introducing this in the Roadmap?
I think without this, it's useless.

1- Please note that Vidpopup is not mobile responsive. Most pages won't function if you log in using your phone. There are many factors that contribute to this decision which is why we have limited access to either laptop or desktop.
2- I understand you would like to get notified whenever a client has replied to your Vidpopup, but you can only check the replies after login into your account and in the replies section.
As with most suggested features, we need to check whether it will be compatible with every aspect and if it's feasible of course. This is why we haven't added it to our Roadmap until we have a confirmed answer.
- Doesn't work on 'Mozilla Firefox' - Support could be better - No 'road map' or 'features proposal' - CSV files do not record 'last name' (probably some error) - text responses don't get forwarded to email via integration
Besides that, it is quite good. I purchased it with the hope to swap it from VideoAsk but I think I will wait until they will fix these issues.

- Doesn't work on 'Mozilla Firefox': We have already tested Vidpopup on Firefox and can confirm the app works fine. Please make sure to contact our support team if you come across a certain issue. Sending a screen record will help improve locating the issue and provide the right solution.
- Support could be better: Our support team is working to ensure the best experience for our customers. Please make sure to contact them via support@vidpopup.com

I purchased this product along with a similar one. I am really impressed by this. It is set up amazingly for a new user to be able to navigate around without wasting time or wondering what buttons to push to get to the value of the product. The steps to carry out the process to fulfillment are easy to follow. I have returned products right away because accessibility and ease of use is the first thing I evaluate when I am working with an application. I often make recommendations to the people I work with and with the nature of who I serve, it has to be easy. I am already planning on upgrading. Looking forward to what is to come with this product. I have been waiting for a long time for Vidpopup life time deal, the tool is very innovative and I think it can help you increase conversions on your websites, before there was no life time deal, I think this is a good opportunity that you should not miss.
