I have been patiently waiting for something like this. Currently using a combination of WarmWelcome + Berry cast to do it amateurishly. Vidpopups will replace that in a professional way.

The build looks robust, not an mvp-feel. Creating a new vid pop is easy, either from the templates or starting from scratch. Once you have the video in place you can have an accompanying piece of text as well. This becomes real handy especially since there are lots of options for positioning and customising the text. However, the current templates are sorely lacking in breadth and would like to see more of this added. Shouldn't be a problem for those that already have the content at hand.
The navigation at the bottom as we move from text > answer > video > funnel is also a tad confusing. Either the save tick should be on top of the arrows or it should auto-save and remove the tick, only the navigation buttons are required.
The customisation provided on the end screen is also good. Would love to see an image and gif option in the future.
Last;ly, once it is created it stays on the same screen. It should either take us into the pop or return to the dashboard, I feel.

Some recommendations for improvement:
- I couldn't find screen mirroring while trying to reply via video. Could you please make this the default? Since many people are on video calls these days, it is a bit jarring when this is not on.
2) Please consider sumolings for the AI video creator. This will also partly address the templates issue.
3) IS the mobile view also factoring in tablet view? If not please add a tab view as well.
4) Image, logo, gif option on the exit screen
5) Include an option to replace "how would you like to answer" with custom text such as "We are here, get in touch" or something like that. I noticed that the text on the video has many customisation options but this is also important, I feel.
6) I noticed that I am able to view my vid in preview mode on a device on which I am not logged in. How does this work?

Overall, feels like a great deal, especially with the sub-accounts in tiers 2&3. Looking forward to the AI feature on the roadmap. And speaking of roadmaps, could you please enable users to add features to the roadmap? Currently, it is view only. You are missing out on some great ideas, I feel ;) All the best!
