Thank you for your review and your feedback on Vidpopup. I understand you might consider the five remarks you have mentioned as bugs, but we have gone through them all and we would like to clarify each one of them:

- Doesn't work on 'Mozilla Firefox': We have already tested Vidpopup on Firefox and can confirm the app works fine. Please make sure to contact our support team if you come across a certain issue. Sending a screen record will help improve locating the issue and provide the right solution.

- Support could be better: Our support team is working to ensure the best experience for our customers. Please make sure to contact them via support@vidpopup.com

- No 'road map' or 'features proposal': We do in fact have a roadmap which can be seen here: https://trello.com/b/xl8dJG2s/vidpopup

- CSV files do not record 'last name' (probably some error): This is not a bug but more of a feature preference. We have opted to only include the first name in the CSV file. If you would like to have both, we will definitely check with our dev team if it's applicable.

- text responses don't get forwarded to email via integration: This solely depends on the integration you have chosen. Also, most integrations don't support that the option to include responses as well.
