1.) Great product! Does agency branding mean we can white-label your software? Please explain
2.) With the option to have reseller accounts, how is direct video hosting managed among users?
3.) Can additional direct video hosting be purchased if needed?
4.) In Tier 6, is there a reason there is 150 reseller accounts and only 100 workspaces?
5.) Is there a video storage limit per user? If so, what is the storage limitations and can additional storage be purchased if needed?
6.) Can we integrate our own calendar software into our videos? If so, please provide instructions or a training video link.
7.) Can videos be shared and viewed on mobile devices via SMS text messages?

1) Yes—you can fully rebrand your agency dashboard with your own custom domain, logo, colors, and branding. Your clients will log in through your branded dashboard and won’t see VidPowr anywhere.
2) Each reseller/sub-account comes with its own limits equivalent to Tier 1 (5GB/month of direct hosting + 5,000 videos and more). Hosting is isolated per account, so your clients manage their own storage within those limits.
3) Yes—if you need more direct video hosting beyond your plan’s quota, you can request additional storage by contacting our support team.
4) The difference is intentional. Workspaces are for team collaboration within your own account (internal use), while reseller accounts are designed to be sold or assigned to external clients.
5) Yes—there is a storage limit per user (based on Tier 1 limits for reseller accounts). Videos already uploaded remain in the account, and the limit refreshes monthly. Additional storage can be purchased if needed.
6) You can embed third-party calendar tools (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar, or any HTML embed code) directly inside your VidPowr videos. This allows viewers to book appointments without leaving the video. See VidPowr guides inside members' area.
7) Absolutely! VidPowr videos are fully mobile-optimized and can be shared via SMS text messages. Simply copy the video link and send it by text—recipients can open and view the interactive video directly on their mobile device.
