How can you act like this and sleep peacefully? In my language, there is only one word that describes you: which I will refrain from using, but it refers to people who grow their fortune at the expense of others' assets. It is incredible how brazenly you destroy all the trust we placed in you when we purchased “lifetime” subscriptions. In my case, I purchased two level 6 subscriptions, with agency included in both, hoping to use them when the product was more stable and professional, as you promised. And now you come along with the utmost calm and tell me, “Your money was used for our benefit, not yours.” You don't even apologize. It's unbelievable how there can be people so lacking in honesty. I sincerely hope that in their future projects they do not harm the interests of others, as they did in this case. The least they should do is return the money they were paid, as it is money that one has worked hard to earn. I am grateful that the damage was only caused to me personally, and that I did not involve anyone else in this failed business. And for AppSumo, the word that describes them, given the way they respond to these incidents, is “risk.”

I wrote to these guys and explained my situation. This is what was sent back to me:

Thank you for reaching out. We understand how serious this is if you have paying subusers and have integrated VidPowr into your business.

Let me clarify directly. VidPowr will remain fully operational until March 31, 2026, including all subuser access and functionality. After that date:

Subuser accounts will no longer be accessible.
Hosted videos will stop functioning.
Embedded players will no longer load.
The platform infrastructure will be retired entirely.

There is no automatic migration to a new version.

Because you operate with subusers, I recommend beginning a structured transition plan as soon as possible:

• Download all hosted video assets
• Export any client lead data
• Identify replacement hosting infrastructure
• Communicate proactively with your subusers

Separately, for larger agency operators, we are evaluating whether a limited self-hosted licensing option may be feasible for those who require infrastructure continuity. This is not finalized, but if that would be relevant to you, let me know, and I can note your interest.

I know this impacts real business operations, and we want to ensure you have clarity and time to plan properly.

up until 6 months ago they were selling Vidpowr and Vidtags on appsumo that they are now suddenly "retiring" as they put it in the email I got today. They waited till items could no longer be refunded by Appsumo terms and a few months more knowing they were closing or cancelling the LTD's.I spent several hundred dollars on both of their products or should I say threw away several hundred dollars. What are you going to do about stopping this kind of abuse from sellers? I very seldom purchase anything here now as I have 9 ltd's closed in the last 2 years. Oh...sorry ,this makes 11. So anyone seeing this stay away from anything promoted by Able Marketing LLC. of Georgia,USA. And go to trustpilot and leave a review, I just did 👍

It is immoral and terrible business practice to take all your supporters who gave a strong foundation to start this company and just let them know.... You have a month or so to download everything 'cause the other apps we built (with your money) need our focus. You are done... no more app. Nothing. No sorry, no nothing. Do they even care? What about the next startup that needs LTD funds? We are getting more gun-shy by the day.

I got an email from them saying they’re shutting down because running the app isn’t sustainable for them.
