Q: I{m on trial at the moment.
I tested video on the desktop the other day and it was fine. Today I opened the website on iPhone while I was logged in to Vidpulse dashboard. I started to play video and it showed in real life. However, I paused the video (not stopped) and the analytics followed. However, when I restarted it didn`t continue to show in real time anymore. So I stopped and then checked data. It showed completed 0% even though it was played more than 50%. So I reopened website and begun to play the video again. Real-time showed nothing. I paused, restarted but still nothing. I played till the end, then reloaded the page in case. Data showed again 0% complete. I really consider to purchase it, but now I`m not sure what to do and I guess the deal will be soon over. Please advise soon. Thanks

We count video completed when a user reaches the end of the video and plays the last second. (We don't count it if they have played more than 50%).
Regarding the video getting 'lost' after the pause, the reason this happens is because we have a timeout for individual videos. So if we don't receive data for a long time from a browser and then it sends more data, we discard it.
