Q: Non-swappable sites is a deal breaker :(

May 14, 2024A: Hey there,
I appreciate your argument regarding removing websites.
I would like to address this by saying the the issue we have when deleting a site is how to handle all the data still coming in. Say you decide to remove a website from your dashboard, but your client does not remove our tracking code from their site. All their data still comes in and we have to handle it in some way. As a result, we have decided not to delete sites at this time.
However, as a way round this, you can reuse a tracking script on a new site at a later date. We do not limit how many websites you can run the tracking script on.

Following.
Hey there,
thank you for your arguments.
The majority has spoken and we will look into implementing site deletion!
The team estimates a week until it's ready (need to make sure we handle leftover code sending data correctly).
To everyone that wants site deletion, give us a little while we sort it out and we will announce it on the product listing for you to test out.

Hi Alex,
Great thanks for listening to the community.
Made me keep the deal and not refund! :)
Is the feature active already?

What do you mean re-use a tracking script? So, are you saying the 10-sites are each like placeholders with a unique tracking script - and so for 'site 1' we might have the script on www.xyz.com, and see stats for that - then later move script to www.abc.com and now under site 1 we see stats for that url instead?
Sorry for being confused. Thank you for any clarification.
