There is no streaming limit no.
The Appsumo deal is mapped to the standard plan, but with some of the premium features (sits somewhere between the two plans). Thanks for asking!

Is it possible to download the videos? Is there anything in Vidstep that prevents this?

To support other languages, of course you can add text content in any language and also upload multiple subtitle files which the viewer can then choose from. Art the moment however, the interface itself is only English.
