Q: It is impossible to redeem codes, it has been not possible for a long time now, at least several weeks.

Appsumo should contact the seller.

It should be a given that redemption remains possible within the 60 day redemption period.

Will be forced to refund if this is not fixed.

I have emailed support and I am waiting for a reply.
The message says:
"vidstep - Sorry! We're Under Scheduled Maintenance"

Is there any other way to increase to tier 3?
