I got the same email as everyone else. Customers who in good faith purchased your product with full intent in utilizing it in their business. I bought the three tiers which means there are subusers on my system who will be impacted by this. DO YOU GUYS HAVE ANY PLANS on making this right for the people with tier three and subusers??? I just got an email today (2/17/26) that they are retiring the VidTags product to "focus on fewer core initiatives". Nice touch! Another Lifetime deal bits the dust. Are Sumo-lings left out in the cold? I’m wondering if out of good faith for your early supporters that there might be an alternative product planned for lifetime customers or for us to be able to switch our account to one of your other “core initiative” products?
