Very disappointing. Unfortunately I refunded
Hi, You say Vidtag transcribes YouTube videos with a link. I've tried several youtube video. I didn't manage to load or transcribe any. Support didn't make much effort to help. The only solution support could give me is to download the YT video to my computer first. So beasically it seems like Vidtag doesn't work with YouTube links. Downloading a file from my computer worked, but it took ages to complete. Very disapointing. Unfortunatly I refunded

May 9, 2024VidTags supports public and unlisted YoutTube videos only (Private, live streaming, and YouTube shorts videos are not supported).
For some reason, VidTags will refuse the video,
- if the YouTube video size is more than the allowed upload limit.
- Video is not public or unlisted
- AI cannot detect spoken words, noisy background sounds
- The video resolution YouTube is sending is lower than allowed.
Hence the reason we advise (for the best quality) to upload from your computer.
