Q: I will ask again before I make my decision, teir 1 will not have future improvements?
I am considering tier 1 but inclined not to if the features that are provided will not be improved in time because its tier 1. If the features that are provided do experience upgrade in improvement will tier 1 be stuck with outdated features? if so I do not think this is a good business decision
Ignoring the question is not good business sense as well. I have 6 hours to decide if I want to be a new customer or not

Jul 23, 2025A: Just to clarify: our Pro plan on the pricing page is mapped to both Tier 1 and Tier 2 on AppSumo. So any improvements, updates, or enhancements made to the Pro plan will definitely be available to Tier 1 and Tier 2 users as well.
In fact, just last week we launched the Thumbnail Maker feature, and even though it could’ve been restricted to higher tiers, we chose to give access to all users across all tiers, including Tier 1 — because we want to be fair and deliver value.
We’re actively improving the platform based on real user feedback, and Tier 1 users will continue to benefit from those improvements.
