Q: Keyword research

If we're conducting keyword research and encounter a high-competition keyword, is there a way to find related keywords with lower competition from that same tab?

A: Great question! Let me explain how keyword research works in VidTechy. When you enter a seed keyword, VidTechy generates a wide range of related keywords with different search intents. It also shows whether those terms are being searched on YouTube or Google, or if they’re not found at all — all based on real YouTube search engine data. This helps you avoid targeting keywords that have no search activity on YouTube.

Once you select a keyword, VidTechy analyzes it and tells you whether your channel has the potential to rank for it. This ranking prediction is specific to your channel — not just a generic score.

Now, back to your question — if you come across a high-competition keyword, it’s easy to explore alternatives. You can simply click on another keyword from the list generated in Step 1(same tab). Each keyword comes with its own competition score, so you can easily compare and choose the one with lower competition and see whether that keyword has the opportunity to rank for your own channel or not.

This is a unique feature of VidTechy — while other tools show generic data, we focus on insights tailored specifically to your channel.

Is the "unique feature" available in all tiers or only certain tiers? Thank you

This feature (video SEO) is available for all tiers. If you plan to run YouTube ads or need scriptwriting support for your videos, consider Tier 3 or 4. But if you’re mainly focused on video and channel SEO, Tier 1 or 2 should be enough.

Just a note: the scriptwriting feature isn’t live yet — it’s currently on our roadmap. If you need anything specific, feel free to contact our support team.

I recently made a purchase, but I'm having trouble finding how it ranks specifically for my channel. All I can see is the competitor ranking, and keyword volume, but there's no information tailored to my channel. Is this feature exclusive to tier 3 users? Below is a video of what i see on my end https://share.zight.com/04uDQKwJ
