In VidTechy, we’ve integrated AI in a few key areas, but using it is completely optional — and only requires an API key if you choose to enable those features.

Here’s what currently requires an AI key:
• AI Chat: To use this feature, you need to add your OpenAI or Gemini API key.
• Channel SEO: In this section, there are optional AI tools to help generate your channel description and keywords.
• Video SEO: If you want to auto-generate titles and descriptions using AI, you’ll need to connect your API key.

In our roadmap, we’re also planning to introduce a Video Scripting Module, which will use AI — and that will also require an API key once it goes live.

So overall, AI features are available but not mandatory. You only need to connect your API key if you want to use those AI-powered options.
