Cautious optimism
So many negative things have been said about this product but in my testing I really haven't experienced hardly any of those things.
The webinar quality is low bitrate (>1mbps), but I wouldn't say it is terrible. I have run a handful of test meetings at this point on both T-Mobile and my FIOS connection. Granted, these are both high bandwidth connections but low video bitrate should mean it works well in a lower throughput environment. It would be nice if there was a way to control this, but I understand people like automatic controls.
Their interface takes a little getting used to, but it seems pretty intuitive once you use it a little bit and has all the features that I would like to see in a solution like this.
I think if you combine this with VoiceMeeter and XSplit you could have a powerful webinar solution, but that isn't required. I can easily run a decent webinar right off of my Surface Pro X tablet, and once they figure out the mobile interface I could probably do it just as easily from my iPad, Tab S6, or mobile phone.
Overall, things seem right on track for an Appsumo deal. I am going to try to integrate this into my business and will come back once I've run some real webinars with it. I'll give it 4 tacos and the benefit of the doubt for now.
