I was interested in the CNAME & Whitelabel and unlimited webinar users. I bought two codes to test all the functions ...and this app is just not ready

Cons
-The UI seems old. I didn't get the fresh vibe that is portrayed on their website.
-I, honestly, couldn't tell the difference between a webinar, a screencast and a meeting. The evergreen webinar looks slightly different.
-I never found the option to embed the code on a different platform.
-The trigger buttons (call to action) don't seem to be working.
-The landing pages are super basic and hardly would be useful to promote a webinar. Adding photos is a must.
-Email customization is incomplete and the footer still keeps a lot of elements of vidthere and Saasuma
-White-label needs work.
-It's not fully browser-based. Users need to download a chrome extension. I tried to open a meeting in Firefox and Edge and got an error message. It worked well on Chrome.
-There are discrepancies between the info from the help library and what is offered in the deal. E.g. limit of attendees for meetings and webinars.

Pros,
-The chat looks nice
-The screen sharing is fast.
-My question through the chat was responded quickly

I didn't test voice to text, video in video, simulated chat and broadcasting on social media.

Before getting a refund, I would like to see a webinar hosted by AS ... maybe I will see the potential.
