Also, I see question/poll option, but can have more than 1 question to create survey? Can have answer from question/poll to create tag through to our email autoresponder so can know in future what answer was or was group/list to put them in?
Lastly, the first message from Chris attached above reviews/questions says 1 code will get 50k views per month, so just wondering as 1 code says 20k views?

Thanks for your message. You can expect an update on the roadmap next week. We had a couple of framework issues which have slowed us down with desired new features but they will be coming soon.
We will release full on polls template and thanks for your feedback here. Love this idea!
Also please note the typo on my message above as its 20k not 50k for the base plan
