Q: Install on both machine / Changing 'user seats'

Hi,

A few questions:

1)I'm considering using this with a freelancer I work with - I presume we would both have to have viewflip installed, or is it just the person providing support?

2)How would I change 'user seats' if I worked with a different freelancer?

3)'Expert program'
a)Will this be part of all or only certain tiers of this deal?
b)Will you be handling calendar booking and payment (i.e Stripe intergration)?
c)Will there be alternative booking options - i.e pay per hour?
d)Do you have an ETA on the rollout?

A: Hello Matt,

thank you for your questions:

ad 1 ) Sharing and granting access with remote control functions requires a native installation, i.e. your own customers or colleagues must install viewflip themselves. Attended access to them is also possible if they are free Join plan users (they can be invited via the referral section in your settings or via our website). Alternatively, they can be assigned to your workspace if the Connect plan provides quotas for this. The advantage of this is that other users can then share their own windows with you without you having to access them. It also makes onboarding much quicker, as it is already possible to set up the other users' account information in advance and send them a link.

ad 2) In the workspace under “User management”, other users can be assigned to your own workspace, which offers the advantages mentioned above.

ad 3)
a) Yes, we plan to offer all of our customers the expertise feature, to earn money per minute.
b) Yes, this is planned and in progress.
c) Pay per hour was not planned yet, because we want to charge for the exact time spent for support.
d) Currently we can not promise when this feature will be available. We hope in the beginning of next year.
