Thank you so much for pointing this out. \u000a\u000aFirst, let me start by saying we have adjusted this site\u002Dwide and this is no longer an issue. You can continue to offer no refunds and still be contacted.\u000a\u000aTo explain what was going on originally, we had a few experiences where the organizers were offering refunds but did not allow people to contact them via email. This is why they were originally connected. \u000a\u000aThanks again for bringing this to our attention.
